What We Look For

  • Income: at least 2.5× monthly rent (combined household OK). Self-employed: recent bank statements.
  • Background: no felonies and no registered sex offenses.
  • Credit: we are flexible, overall ability to pay matters most.
  • Rental history: flexible — positive references preferred; context matters.
  • Co-signers/guarantors: considered case-by-case.

We evaluate applications holistically and comply with all Fair Housing laws.

How Approval Works

  1. Tour: find a place you like and schedule a showing.
  2. Apply: complete the application linked on the listing and upload your docs.
  3. Decision: typically within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a digital lease and set move-in.
